MODURA began with a simple observation: construction was the last major industry still building things by hand, outdoors, subject to weather and delays. We believed there was a better way — the way cars, airplanes, and electronics are made. In a factory. With precision tooling. With quality control at every step.
Today, MODURA works with established modular manufacturers — verified production lines, documented quality control, and engineering teams in East Asia and Europe. Our buildings house families, host travelers, and provide workplaces for thousands of people worldwide.
